Looking for contractors to help w bathroom

Hi all, I live in the Raleigh area and am looking for a contractor to help remodel our bathroom. We found some water damage (fixed) and want to use the opportunity to gut it.

We want to do some of the work ourselves, but I don't feel entirely comfortable w some of the plumbing and electrical work that needs to be done.

Do y'all have recommendations for someone who would be willing to work with us in this way? I understand some contractors might see that as a pain...to be clear, we want someone to gut the bathroom, build us a tile shower and do some wiring (outlet for bidet, new light fixture in shower), we'd do the floor tile, painting, vanity, toilet, etc.

I recently redid a bath in the way you describe hiring professionals in electrical, plumbing, and tile. I started by going to a tile supplier, choosing tile and asking about tile people they worked with. Got great info and hired a tile mason. I asked him for recommendations about plumbers and electricians he liked working with. So I assembled a crew in this way. I did design, bought fixtures, built cabinets and vanity, installed insulation and did finish carpentry and painting. Saved money and got exactly what I wanted. Once I found the tile man everything fell into place. You’re not looking for a contractor, you’re looking for specialist subcontractors. They’re out there.
