im looking for a small CNC engraver to engrave an area about the size of a business card. On a budget and need something that is user friendly as I am no computer guru!! Anyone own one or know enough to educate me?

Are you just talking about engraving, no cutting thru material? There are some very cheap engravers on eBay, probable do what you want for a few hundred bucks. Most are made in china items, so you're mileage may vary.

Checkout Sawmillcreek.org and go to the Engravers Forum, lots of info there (the might focus more on laser CNC and not router CNC so depends on what type of engraver you are looking for)
