Large slabs

Seeing Kyle Edwards avatar with that large slab reminded me of a place in Fletcher, NC that sells large slabs, burls, hardwood flooring, plywood and other stuff as well. I believe he buys overstocks, overruns and probably imports a lot of it. He's a wheeler/dealer and just has a warehouse full of all kinds of things...some junk, some great buys.

I haven't bought anything there yet, but sooner or later I may.

The owner seems pretty nice. Has a great knowledge of wood.

I picked up some Mahogany(Brazillian) 8/4 x8" wide. Nice and reasonably priced.

Has a lot of hardwood flooring from south america that is very hard and species you otherwise wouldn't run across locally.
