There were more valid ventors and more valid demonstrations than the last Woodworking Show I went to in Baltimore.
It was of course an expencive day as, well there were more vendors...

I’m glad we were able to get for a little bit yesterday. My wife was able to hobble around with her big boot and I am happy I got to see a few friends. Sorry I was not up to the long stay, thought I would be better by now.

The show was great, not as big as some before but that is to be expected with the remains of the pandemic.

I didn’t see anything I need to buy, but my wife bought two very nice carving knives from knife maker John Dunkle. I am glad to see his work and will be shopping in the future. Looks like he doesn’t have a web site…

These are from day one. we had a great day two as well with more pictures coming soon.
There were a few new volunteers this year and we are glad to welcome them to the party. A few of you I didn’t get the chance to speak with, for that I’m very sorry, it was a missed opportunity for me. What I really want to say is thank you to all of our volunteers for the effort and team work displayed during this event. It was a beautiful thing to be a part of. So thank you! You are what this site and group are all about.

There certainly was a lot of activity at the booth when we were there on day 2. It was great seeing members I knew and meeting some for the first time. Sorry that I wasn't more help other than talking with folks. Interestingly enough, I talked with more folks about our group at the Klingspor store after we left the show and at the restaurant after we left the store.

It was great watching all the members demonstrating different skills and seeing folks lined up to learn how do use the tools. The team worked like a well-oiled machine. Good job by all!
