how do we report posts again?

For the life of me I can't remember how to "Report a Post" so that it shows up in the Mods area. Obviously, I have done this once before with another post, but I can't remember what I did. :BangHead:

I hope this doesn't mean I have to turn in my secret decoder ring. :rotflm:

Any reminders would be appreciated. thanks!
