Welcome to the site Ivey. I just found this post. Good to have another local WWer on the site. I'll check with you when I need some wood again.

What type wood do you have? Do you saw logs for other people for a fee or part of the wood or both?

Thanks for the welcome Splinter-- You are pretty close about 15 miles..
I do saw for others for a fee. I saw every thing that grows native in our area. I do not have a big stock of lumber at this time, but if you need something that I aint got--well I'll do every thing I can to find it. If you need something sawed give me a holler..

Hey Ivey - welcome to the site!

I think that you'll like your Logmaster - I've heard nothing but good things about them (and besides, anything made in Texas has gotta be great, right?!).

If you haven't already visited, check out the Forestryforum.com also. A great group of folks with literally thousands of sawyers on it.
