Garden gate, yard gate?

We want to replace the farm gate we installed when we put up the fence for our dogs. I’d like to make something creative and I have some rough ideas but thought I’d run it by the group.

I’m thinking curved top wood gates with copper and brass decorative metal work. Something abstract, maybe vine organic floral looking.

I think the wood will be ERC or cypress for rot resistance.

Also need sources for Stainless or black iron hinges and gate lathes that work from both sides.

I've used these folks for reproduction type hardware and wood pieces.

Very reliable and good quality stuff.

Wonder if the State Fair office would have contact info for the blacksmiths that show up there each year.

Triad Area Blacksmiths used to meet at the fairgrounds in Winston-Salem, and does/did demos during the fair, but their website hasn't been updated in quite a while.

There looks to a be a NC ABANA group that's active.: https://ncabana.org/

Was really being a little facetious. I want to build this myself. Won’t go to the extreme of custom hand made hinges though.
