A friend of mine sent me a link on making these and I thought I would make a few as Christmas gifts. This one is for my friend who is a minister. My iphone is for scale. I lined it with green felt. I paid a dollar at a used book store for it. I screwed a piece of cheap 1/4" play to each side of the stack of pages, drilled a starter hole and used my scroll saw to cut it out. I painted 2 coats of jigsaw puzzle glue on the inside of the hole.
