email notice for posts

Steve,

Still haven't got my profile updated with the correct email address so I can be notified when there is a post in my forum. Please advise how I am supposed to go about completing this.

Look at the top menu and hit Usercp. Then on the left is a menu. hit edit email. Then enter the mail want to be notified on.
