Dewalt 735 planer deal

Saw a pretty good deal at Klingspors in Raleigh Tuesday night while attending the TWA meeting. Lightly used Dewalt 735 planer with infeed and outfeed tables, Dewalt planer stand and Wixey thickness readout for $649. New retail would be about $900. It was parked near the back of the store on the left side.

The instructions are not very clear, but I followed them and wound up with a decent mount. I am not pleased with the requirement to drill right through the existing scale. I hate to permanently disfigure a tool!

I'll take some pics of mine if you want Reggie. I struggled with it too.

Mine fit in existing holes with one of the alternate mounting options and works great. Thought I had a pic but none since I added the Wixey. I'll try'n get a pic posted soon.
