I would say it is a little better not a lot. Seems to me like both belts are too loose anyway.

I had thought about replacing my belts with link belts but this convinced me it is probably a waste of money.

Oh yeah.....not nearly the same amount of vibration...........yeah right.:lol: I wonder what would happen if they actually tightened the pulleys?

I have some LINK belt that I bought when I upgraded the motor on my bandsaw. I can't say that it is better or not, but it is easy and you can make your belts any length you want so that is a plus. I had to mount the motor further back than it was originally and it was easier than having to hunt a specific size belt.
