So I made a “jig” to route a square handle and it came out poorly. Then I tried drilling 3 holes and I kinda like them. We’ll have to see if they pass the wife’s test.

Those are kinda neat. Is the space in the middle for a plate or just a way to keep things separate?

I went for “clean” lines. Easy to wipe clean and re-oil. Could be a plate in the center but wasn’t in my thoughts. Finger notches under the end handles.
