I purchased one of these last week and it arrive without incicdent. Great item and a decent price as well considering that Carter sells them for $150. Here is the link:

I take it you got tired of the non-functional Grizzly set up?

Hey,
Yeah, after 4 tension screws and nuts I gave up! Grizzley just kept saying "Wow! We have never had a problem like that... " and they would send another screw and nut. I ordered the Carter quick release and the new Carter tension screw (came with a reinforced nut). Works fine now! Definately worth the extra money.
