It is an older company name re-bought by many. I have Chisels from the 70's by them. I think Stanley owned them at that time. Now I think someone bought the name and is rebranding various makers with the Buck name. My concern with them is their website does not show their home address, that is always a red flag for me. All companies should show their home address.
Anyway, their quality is akin to Walmart Hart brand ....... nothing great ... not horrible, but there are better choices. I would buy Wen before them imho
