Bring up Test Site

One of the things in the staff to-do list is to bring up our Test site from scratch. I notice none of our new or old have jumped on this one. :no::nah::swoon:

if either, or both of you want to do this, then assign the task to yourself(s). If you decide to work together, then you'll have to co-ordinate between yourselves. Once someone actually commits to the task, I get the process started.
