Bandsaw question(s)...

I just spotted a Grizzly BS for sale on CL, and it seems like a good deal... a 14" BS by a reputable manufacturer for $250:

I've been shopping for my first bandsaw for about a year now... Does this seem like a good deal? What does anyone here know about this model? Any firsthand experiences? Any suggestions on what to check if I go look at it?
