Some of the trinkets I make for my Granddaughter’s elementary school class have circular bases with blind holes. The base sizes vary and so does the diameter of the hole. A while back I made a routine circle cutting bandsaw jig but now that won’t work because the hole size and diameters needed are a little different.
I decided to make an adjustable center insert for the two sizes of holes I use. I could have made one hole and turned different diameter studs, but it’s likely I’d lose them. It worked great on my 14" band saw with a 1/4" blade.
Thought I'd post this for y'all's amusement.
