I hope that you make a full recovery. After using my Sawstop table saw for over half-a-year, I always feel much more comfortable using it than my previous table saw. About the only downside is the extra couple of minutes it takes to switch out the brakes from the 10" blade to the 8" dado stack. That is a small price to pay for the additional protection that a Sawstop provides.
