Nope, not one - I thought about it too late!Hank was shooting some I know.
I always call it my "COVID 19 (lbs.)" kinda like the freshman 15 in college.I know we are all a little thicker than we used to be
Got to find that cable for downloading.I know I saw a few other cameras going yesterday, it would be great if y’all shared your pics!
Not me, I lost 60 pounds since the last picnic.I know we are all a little thicker than we used to be
I found it........Not me, I lost 60 pounds since the last picnic.
Well at least I haven’t.I found it........
what did you do Mike? I could use to lose about 30# myselfWell at least I haven’t.
They say all diets are just like a yo-yo, down and back up…
I lost it, I’m keeping it off, and I’m not hungry.
Easiest thing I ever did once I learned what to do.
I did a similar change. Removed additional sugars (no sweets) but Im having a hard time with pasta and bread, Ive always eaten high quality breads ( whole wheat etc) and trying to limit my intake nowadays . I agree too, I eat almost zero processed foods anymore. It was working , dropping some weight but it stalled out, I guess I may need to completely eliminate a few things as you did.I quit eating all the sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes, corn products, basically anything with a label because all manufacturers use omega six seed oils, sweeteners, and corn byproducts.
Now I eat only real foods that I cook myself. Meat, birds, fish, and green vegetables. My BP went down and I got off all the pills, my A1c went to about half of what it was, my reflux went away, and I have more energy than I had in decades. Sometimes I only eat once a day because I’m not hungry anymore. Never desire snacks, don’t crave candy, turn down cakes and donuts because all that sugar makes me feel sick now.
I’m glad you enjoyed yourself, I’m also glad you rethought coming back. We are a group of folks who are figuring things out as we go. Not everything in life is spit shined and polished. as far as identifying Mike, I dont know, tall, graying hair, large mustache. You can’t miss him.I tried matching members pictures with those at the picnic. It was difficult, except for Greywolf, spotted him from the parking lot.
When I first arrived I thought "this is my first and may be my last" but after awhile I changed my mind. I enjoyed the door prizes and meeting some new people the most. Stopped at Klingspor on the way home and saw a quart of Waterlox I had won, $37.00! Nice door prize for me!
Really nice people, but yall need to update your profile pics for newbies like me. I wanted to meet Mike, but never figured out which one he was, lol
