AC Condensate Drain

Can you send us a pic of the air handler unit showing the drain? Show where the drain line goes too.

I used to work for an AC company, our guys used to blow the lines out. Especially if it is extremely humid...and also at the start of spring/summer and fall/winter. The tablets help, some ppl would add a bunch. I would blow the condensate line out with air.

I would give up on trying to get the drain open that goes under the slab. Since you already have a pump just route it out above grade.

After having an under the slab condensate line plug up in my house in FL (which soaked all the bedroom and hall carpet) I installed a "T" fitting so I could pour a cup of bleach into it once a year. At that time we had been in the house about 8 years. Had no more problems for the remaininng 15 years we lived there.
