Spent the last few days doing some much needed maintenance on our daughter's playhouse. Built in 2000, as our version of Norm's playhouse. Went with clapboard siding vs. cedar. Actually, was the first project of this scale that i built from scratch. My daughter's now too old to play in it, so it's now a yard ornament.

Here's a front view. Porch floor has already been replaced, prior to grabbing the camera.

If you look close, you can see window rot, which when pulled out, was surprising how bad it was. Pix are below.

Items of interest were:
- porch floor replaced with new t&g pine
- porch railings - replacement parts milled to replace rotten parts
- windows - windows made from scratch to replace what was rotten
- studs - spliced in new wood

OWWM connection: everything cut on 1950's Unisaw, and 1960's Delta w/m bandsaw.

West window rot. Ew. Quite a bit worse than I expected.

Window - test fit. Made on Unisaw. Not the stud splices. Rotten wood was cut out and new wood spliced in.

Everything painted, ready to install. 2 porch rails, 2 windows in pic.

At this point, the floor is in, all replacement parts made and painted, ready for installation this weekend.
