Thanks for sharing, its a great idea. It reminds me of the Rockler examples for their DC systems. I can't see that machine layout working for me. Especially the miter saw. What do you do with you have something longer to cut...the main use for my miter saw. Seriously, who has empty walls with their machines all perfectly lined up? Mine walls all seem to be filled with shelving or other storage and my machines are all over the space. Maybe in need a visit from a shop whisperer.

Right, me too!

I tried incorporating my Miter Saw, RAS and Router in a single twelve foot long bench - lining things up so no tool interfered with the other - it works, but does NOT look like the pictures you sent. The guy that designed this thing had small tools on a bench and - I suppose - none were bolted to the bench.
