Dunno how good the jointer looks up close and personal, but otherwise $300+ seems like a pretty good deal. And the trip to Elizabeth City from Hillsborough is much shorter than from Supply, NC. 2-3 hours max for you now that Hwy 264 is improved . . . heck they may even have the I-540 open to East 64 in a day or two ;-)

BTW Pete, hope you didn't confuse Elizabethtown, NC (southeast NC) with Elizabeth City, NC (northeastern NC).

Nope, I used to serve E-town area when I was selling copiers, and when I was working for Rent-A-Center. That's only bout an hour for Supply, or me in Fayetteville area

I drove through Elizabeth City on my way to the OBX. (long, long drive, didn't help that my mother-in-law was with us!)
