#5 sized plane (unique?)

Picked up a #5 sized plane, which is a bit "unique", as the frog seems to be
made 1-piece to the body:

Any info?

I have one like it except it has a cast iron frog. There was no name on the body but it did have "ProForm" on the blade.

The blade is different to any other plane as to where the key hole is at.

The one I have is very heavy and made a great plane for initial rough smoothing a board.
