$35 wet-dry grinder at Lidl

I couldn't resist for $35. Should be ok for roughing in irons and chisels before hitting the stones...

It's a little messy... but I guess to be expected. It made quick work of this skewed rabbet iron that was badly out of shape. So far so good...

I was just looking at the LIDL add. They are building one just a couple of miles from my house. Maybe they will carry the chisel's that Paul Sellers always talks about.

Actually, I think Aldi usually has those chisels for Father’s Day. At least they did over the last few years.

Those are sold at Aldi.... and they are good chisels.

Paul Sellers wrote on his BLOG a couple years ago that they were the same chisels, but had a different name. He even showed pictures side by side: (Workzone vs Powerfix)
