Barney, there is a thread under wood turning where a member is trying to collect wooden toy tops for needy children in Haiti.

Ahhh!!! That kind of top. My mind didn't go that route. Was wondering if it was something I could help with, but don't have a lathe, nor a place to put one if I did/could get ahold of one. Dang it!!
