    Simple Fix Push tabs on each side of sleeve to separate. Screw ring back on(left hand). Snap sleeve back on.

    It's not required but a Vinyl sealer will give a little bit more durable finish. It should be on the label if it pre-cat. Absent any information on the label, assume it's conventional(uncat).
