I was asking about cutting legs for a sawhorse and someone sent me a picture of these. After I followed links to see if there was any explanation for the stretcher placement difference, I found this page - and lots more pitchers - and discovered that the goffer that sent me the image was teh one that built quite the pair.
I was so impressed by Goffer's Pretty Pair that I spent quite a bit of time learning how he'd done it.
So, I thought to leave a comment - better late(r than 2009) than never!
Nice workmanship and attention to detail (some we might never notice!).
