These are pictures of some Walnut slabs that I grabbed from an old barn that had halfway collapsed at my great grandmother's house. They are leaning against the back of the trailer; as you can see, they're quite tall. The ones that are larger and laying in the bed of the trailer are the most solid pieces that I have. The pictures of the measurements (2.25" thick and just under 9' long) are of the two large pieces. They are SOLID and easily weigh about 60-80 lbs each.
I'd like to trade for tools, equipment, clamps etc.
I would possibly trade for other wood if it's enough for me to build a beautiful corner china hutch for my mother. If you have a shop and have experience making things like that, then I would trade for allowing me to use you tools and wood. I am trying to learn as much as I can and would enjoy working with someone who can keep me from making mistakes that I inevitably WILL make on my own.
Thanks for looking and I apologize if the picture quality doesn't give the wood its due respect.
