No telling...doubt it though. When it comes to sharp steel stuff it's been my experience you get what you pay for. Add in your time and frustration of using cheap junk and you loose twice more.
I have had great results so far from the first version of Infinity's improvement on the DW735 OEM blades. At least double the sqft/side through them vs the OEMs and still going. They're made in Austria and are heavier than the OEM. It's my understanding that the newer version is doublesided and 3/16" thick. That's much thicker than the earlier version and at least double the OEM. That extra meat should allow for bigger bites too. I folded back my first set of OEM blades by trying to hog off too much on a bunch of 12" wide Red Oak boards. Doubt you could do that with 3/16" steel.
