This is the shop in the making behind the house. Most of the materials were cheaper then now so that's a plus but this was at my limit for buidling alone. The shop sits on a slab, all materials that could be salvaged were used and the OSB was only 6.30/sheet delivered. The architectural shingles were from a roofer that had them sittiing for a rear at his shop and he wanted to get rid of them quickly. Here is a photo of my son learning to do roofing work for the first time. That's a 12/12 pitch and the shingle bundles are close to 70lbs each. It was rough.

On the addition to our house, rear roof is a 4/12 pitch, and front is a 12/12. Started halfway up front side, with singles slid down from 4/12 side, one at the time. Moved down and did lower working from bottom up. I was YOUNGER THEN!
