I've been making due without a jointer in my small hobby shop, but considering adding a small floor model to help speed up processing of lumber. If anyone in the triangle area is interested to unload a 6x46 model, preferably on a mobile base, I would be interested. Must be in good running condition.

That looks like a pretty good unit for $100. Most of the case iron 6” jointer are basically the same regardless of brand. Just keep the blades sharp and the fence square and you will have tight joints.
A lot of those Taiwan/Harbor Freight jointers only have a 42" bed length, not 46" like you want. They pretty much are abbreviated (cheaply made) copies of the Delta 37-220. It has been my experience that the less you pay, the higher the probability of a restoration project.

That's very likely to get you something nice as long as you don't want the carbide chippy head.
