My assessment of David (AKA Dragon) is that he's somewhat of a mustang. A free spirit that doesn't like fences. He doesn't get real upset when I call him down, and he usually gets over it. As the BOD has the suspension privileges, we'll just have to deal with his kind until the higher ups decide otherwise. I don't advocate delegating that power to Mods, mind you. Just acknowledging that it is their authority to wield.
