There are also a couple of nice tools on Craig's list for somebody with 3phase. The 12" Powermatic saw with 10 blades and a nice fence for 1k looks like a good deal. Get the blades resharpened and you'd be set. I think the 12" saw is a model 72??

I sent the seller a question regarding any other tools he might be selling. He responded he will be selling: "I will be selling planer, molder, spray booth, hvlp system, drum sander..." I recomeended he post the items here!
