I think over the years we have all found ourselves lacking the required knowlege at one time or another. That's why a website like this works so well is because so many of us have such vast hands on been there done that which can be handed along to help others. I stand in awe from some of the advice I've gotten here. Knowledge well and dearly learned and generously dispensed.
