Problem with a setting in new Albums

When creating a new album, there is a setting under category option called "Allow Users to Create Sub-Categories" This must be set to"NO". Anytime I ever created an album, that is the default. I don't if the version upgrade caused a different set of defaults.

By setting this to yes allows anyone to create sub-cat in that person's album, which is not what was intended.

OK, I think that I have been using that because I thought it allowed the user to create sub- catagories. I didn't realize it allowed all to do that. I'll do better next time.
