Sat, Sept 11 in Oxford, NC. The NC Hot Sauce Contest. Hot sauces from all over the state plus wine from various wineries and Micro-brew beers. Plus music and food (I'll be in the BBQ booth run by our Masonic Lodge). And for the brave, a Chili eating contest.:kamahlitu:kamahlitu:kamahlitu

Hmm. Thanks, gator, I need to look into that one. Maybe I can look into options for my all-purpose chipotle sauce (made from scratch). It's a humdinger and awesomely good! Rich
