Sheesh, if you 've got the room you should just go ahead and get it. If no one buys it from you you could easily flip it for $3-400 w/o putting a minute of work into it.

I called him shortly after he posted it. I was the second person to call and the first person got him to hold it 'til Saturday morning. He said if the other guy backs out, he will call me to come get it. I doubt he will back out, but I can hope.
