New Floating Menu

I like this one a little better than the last one, witch was real good. This one it better because if your mouse got to close to to old one it jumped out at you, this is just a bit slower and you allmost have to pause on it to have it come out. Witch I like better.
Good job keeping this site up and running, thanks Steve and everyone that works behind the scenes.
