Need Exterior of House Painted - Recommendations?

I need to get the exterior of my house painted. I live in North Raleigh (near Wake Forest). I'm looking for someone who will pressure wash it prior to painting and who can/will make any necessary (minor) repairs, caulking, etc. I would consider doing it myself but the sides and back of my house are 3 stories up with the walk-out basement (basement level is brick but rest is siding) and I really don't want to get up that high on a ladder. I want someone who is insured/bonded. Any recommendations?

Also, any input on whether the painter should use a sprayer or a brush? Nearly all of the surface needing to be painted is Hardiplank siding (other surfaces are wood trim). Most of the Hardiplank is plank siding but some is shingle siding. I'm thinking that using a sprayer will do a better job of getting into all of the gaps in the shingle siding but welcome any other thoughts.

Finally, any suggestions on brand of paint? I don't want to have this done again anytime soon. Thanks in advance.

I don't remember offhand where I heard this but I hear Sherwin Williams has a new Exterior paint that's darn near bullet proof..... worth looking into anway....

I believe it is called Duration. It is supposed to be twice as thick as regular paint when it dries.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'll give those guys a call. I'll also check out the price of the Duration paint. It sounds like the kind of paint I am looking for.
