Need a mortiser chuck key

I have a Craftex mortiser (identical to the Shop Fox except for the switch, far as I can tell), that is missing the chuck key. Chuck says 10mm/3/8"/24UNF, but the plate on the machine says works up to 1/2" bits. The key from my 1/2" drill press seems to work except it is not long enough. I've contacted Grizzly and Busy Bee both about buying a chuck key but haven't heard back. Is there anyplace to buy something like that locally (Raleigh)? Or anyone have one to sell? I need a deep chuck key, probably 1 3/4" - 2" from handle to teeth.

I know you asked for locally, but ereplacementparts.com could probably send you one for $10 and $50 overnight shipping.

Probably not much help but it is probably a truism. Rush shipping is getting way too expensive.
