Hey everyone my birthday was April 4th and I thank all of you who have wished me a Happy Birthday already. :icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum

Here are some photo's of my wife, cake, and presents.
I got a gun cleaning kit, gift cards to Block buster, money, $100 worth of MDF (I think I lot more than a $100 worht?), I also bought with gift money a Shop Vac, and Sequence the game on the table in front of the cake. I will put the pic of my shop Vac up tomorrow. Enjoy, I sure did!:rotflm::rotflm::rotflm:

Sincerely,

Matthew & Rachel

Matthew,
Once again, congratulations on the score(s). Where did you get all of that MDF, and did it really cost just $100.

Jimmy:)

Hey Jimmy,

Yes it did only cost me $100 and you can't even see it all, Mark Kalstrup gave me some scrap pieces that were 20" X 32" or so about 30 pieces that size that are in the front and back seat. His email is Kwpi@triadbiz.rr.com his name is Mark Kalstrup and he is located in High Point. He sales Veneer for his business and got a ton of MDF for payment and now wants to get rid of it. Email him and see if he has anymore. Oh the MDF that I got was 3/4 and 1 1/4 inch yeah some thick stuff. Good shelves, Shop bench and some speakers....:gar-Bi

Happy Birthday, and good snag on the MDF! Great stuff for building dead speakers. What design do you prefer to build... sealed? ported? some other crazy transmission line fourth-order bandpass thingy?

I like to build Transmission Line Boxes that are ported of course to get the sound from the back of the speaker, that is usually stuck in those sealed boxes. And I have built 1st, 2nd & 3rd and 4th order butterworth and linkwitz-riley crossovers. I do like the 3rd order butterworth, it's sounds beautiful to my ears and my wife agrees. She can now tell a difference when we go into Best buy or the BOSE store. She prefers mine!:icon_chee

My box is similar to this one.
