There are 2 "mailing lists" that I have always taken care of. Actually they were not mailing lists but rather regular addresses., with auto CC. It is now time for you guys to do something with them.
They are webmaster@ncwoodworker.net and admin@ncwoodworker.net. What is sent to them is determined by settings in the vBulletin admincp. I didn't play with those settings very much, becuase I saw them all any way.
But I am no longer monitoring them. So I suggest that first a decison is made as to what type of info goes where. For instance al things like new users in moderation, calendar events, etc. be the webmaster and all technical go to admin. Then decide who gets on each list. Then tell me what you want, and I will make them into mailing lists.
