Things like that can get an ad pulled on eBay. I've actually placed ads before where I was selling different brands of tools and had more than one brand name in the title, only for eBay to pull the listing and tell me that I was phishing. I ended up re-listing the stuff separately and by brand name. This guy likely didn't know or think of that when he placed the ad, but he's sure got a high opinion of his junk. I'll bet he messed the saw up on the last tree.:gar-La;
