Bury it in sawdust/shavings and let 'er dry for about 6 to 8 months. See whatcha got. Sometimes good, sometimes firewood.Definitely some unique slicing but as you confirmed cracking from the pith is inevitable although the "rustic " look is prized by some. :wsmile:
