Delta Milwaukee Bandsaw-riser block

Hi,
I have an old Delta/Milwaukee band saw. It’s in good shape and it works great. I’d like to do some re-sawing with it, so I would like to add a 6” riser block. Will the current riser block kit work with this saw?

In a word: Yes.
There are some minor detail differences between the older and newer generation saws, but those detail differences are addressed in the instructions and hardware that comes in their standard riser block package. Its mostly how the upper part of the guard attaches.

There is a guy over on OWWM.COM that has a riser block for sale in case you are interested. If you are not familiar with that site, you will need to go under BOYD (Bring out your dead) to see the classifieds ad. I have no connection what so ever to the seller but just wanted to give your the heads up.
