Call me crazy .. DQ Again

I was just looking for a formal statement of what our DQ policy is. I can't find it.:embaresse I found the promotions policy, but that does not cover DQ. If we don't have a single place that describes the DQ Policy and process, we should.

The reason I was asking was I thought that DQ required a post in the who we are forum, but I don't find that being tested in the DQ code. I have a vague memory that we didn't check purposely, but I also have a memory that we did require it for DQ:help::dontknow::icon_scra:BangHead: ( does this mean I have a split personality.?:gar-La; )

Anyway, fyi, there are 9 people who are currently DQ but don't have A "who we are" thread

Without getting too codey, I believe the who we are post (forumID 15) is used in ncwwpromo.php

If I recall, which isn't likely accurate, that is the script that does the promotion step and it does have some logic around the Who We Are thread.

That's the code I am looking at. It is used in the promotions code, but NOT in the DQ section. But I guess, it should be, looking at the post on DQ qualifications.
