Busy, busy, busy.....

The last few weeks have been trying, to say the least. Business has been wonderful, shipped out 20+ last week, 21 more by UPS Monday and 5 by USPS, 1 to Canada and 1 to the Czech Republic, got a ton of wood from the supplier for the after Christmas orders and a new Grizzly edge sander.

I got finished just in time, my 96 year old mother had her second stroke on Tuesday and died this morning. We have had no rest for the past three days and I am about ready to drop.

On top of all this, the new shop I moved into has proved to drafty to heat. After paying $1200 for propane in the last six weeks which only moderately warms the shop to maybe 50 degrees, I decided to look for a new place to work in. I found a new shop, smaller but at least better insulated for the same monthly rent. Now all I have to do is move, again.

Wow David. It makes my life with 4 kids under the age of 8 look slow paced! My condolences for your mother . Good luck, it sounds like you need it!

Brother, I lost my mother unexpectedly on December 1 of last year. I have yet to get in the Christmas spirit this year. We were all decorated last year prior to mom's passing. This year I want no part of it. The tree isn't even decorated yet. It is part of the healing process I know, but it ain't fair to the family:nah:. I've got you in my prayers....
