That head is looking good. Looks like you may be replacing that PM 160 fairly soon.

That's a graphic photo. Judging from the chips, that cutter is well sharpened.

I actually have a wtb post in the BOYD looking for one. All have been 1-2 days drive away. The closest one I found was ~800 miles round trip. I missed out when hermance was clearing out all of their old stock. They had a bunch of 180/221/225 grinder parts and a few bars when they sold out to wurth.
I hadn't heard that Hermance sold out. I might be stuck if I need Workrite wood welder components.
My experience with knife grinders hasn't been good. On the few occasions I've had to use them, I found that I can install a sharpened set of knives in about 1/4 of the time.
