I have a millbury tenoner I should have walked away from..
That head is looking good. Looks like you may be replacing that PM 160 fairly soon.

As an aside, my LT-106 was rusting in a field with no table.

Snapper Comet lawn mower double V belt worked great. Tenons only. 30 years + and counting.

Last (hopefully) repair is the sprocket. The original is 25mm the previous owner replaced it with a 1" bore. I turned a bushing and welded it to the sprocket. Boring it out to .951" to match the outfeed roller. Still need to slot for the kewway.

Try over at owwm.org for the bar. They have a classified (BOYD)
You don't need to tell them what you're going to be doing with it.
I actually have a wtb post in the BOYD looking for one. All have been 1-2 days drive away. The closest one I found was ~800 miles round trip. I missed out when hermance was clearing out all of their old stock. They had a bunch of 180/221/225 grinder parts and a few bars when they sold out to wurth.

My experience with knife grinders hasn't been good. On the few occasions I've had to use them, I found that I can install a sharpened set of knives in about 1/4 of the time.
