I found these in stainless for $2.54 each plus $6.02 shipping on 4. https://www.reddenmarine.com

Anybody know where I might be able to find them locally?

I want them for a flip-up router table top using some gas springs that I already have.

I asked my brother and he said either Overtons or West Marine. The brand name of the company is Attwood.

Thanks for the tip, Tom. I looked them up on westmarine.com and they get $5.79 for galvanized ones. That's $23.16+tax for 4 vs $16.18 shipped in stainless. That answers my question!

You might want to go to salvage yard (TT&E on Old Garner Road) and get some off auto trunk/ hood assembly. Costs by the pound. When mounting to table top, run a piece of angle iron alway across top to keep pressure from being on one spot and warping top. Mount studs to angle iron, instead of directly to top. I hope you are building American Woodworker lift and top.
